Excellent customer service, quality, and follow-up. We love our new windows!
Everyone has been very nice, easy to talk to, explained everything that we needed to know and were never pushy. The installers communicated very well with us, kept everything clean throughout, and did a great job with the installation. We highly recommend Power to anyone looking to get a home improvement project done.
I recently had 22 windows replaced in my house and I chose Power HRG to do it. The windows are great, the installation team was very friendly and informative, and overall, I was very satisfied and happy with the installation. The only complaint I had was the cleanup afterwards. The amount of screws, nails, and pieces of cut/clipped metal that I had to pick up in my yard and driveway was a bit ridiculous.
From the young men knocking at my door to the consulting talking about the windows to making the appointment to having the appointment come and go all went very well. We are happy with the windows. And hopefully we will see a change next winter with the two windows that were really drafty. Also, The installers were very pleasant and worked very diligently to get the job done and clean up was great. I was very pleased with that as well as the payment process.

Met with power to take a look at my roof and decided to use them to have the roof done, communication is excellent and no money down, I’m very happy.

From the initial inspector and the inspection, to the second inspector to make sure all measurements were correct, to the installers, to customer service on the phone, to the completed product, every step of the way everyone was extremely professional and nice and helpful and all loved working for and with power! We used Power for our windows. 2 windows had failed, customer service apologized and had replacements sent out right away. When the installer arrived, he noticed they other windows had failed as well and ordered replacements. Everything was covered with their lifetime warranty and they were easy to work with. We are using them for the rest of our house projects.
