I absolutely love my new windows! Steve and his crew came in and completed the work in a timely manner, left everything clean, and the windows look terrific on my home. Other than a delay in installation due to supply issues, I was very satisfied! I would recommend Power to my friends & neighbors??
Power Home Remodeling has been great from start to finish. Product and service were exceptional. Starting with our sales rep, Nic, and ending with the installation crew, we have enjoyed the entire experience and our new Bronze windows look great.
Overall, it has been a good experience with Power. Starting from the time I met Larry who knocked on my door, to Paul who helped us design and transform our home with siding, trim & gutters, doors and windows then to the install crews who were professional and treated our home as if it were there’s. With that being said there were a few hiccups but it was handled professionally by the Project Manager; John and the people in the office; Jeremy and Greg. Thank you, Power.
Really enjoyed the sales process. Want to thank Power for the new roof. Went with them because of the service and value I’m getting. 50 years will out live me but being able to transfer it to my kids is great.
Be cautious when doing business with Power Home Remodeling Company. Their extremely high prices for window replacements and sweet-talking sales consultants will tell you that you won't have to worry about anything. They will tell you what you want to hear and screw you over when installation day comes. If you are thinking about getting support from their customer support, be prepared to lose your mind arguing with them as they will only defend themselves and not give you a solution. I hired Power to do windows in my sunroom because my contractor who did the deck and sliding glass door never finished and he was supposed to do my windows too. Power came in and explained in great detail about their windows and answered all my questions. The crew came in and did the whole project in one day and the install was so clean, I was working the whole time downstairs and we did it even hear them. I don’t often rate highly but I was so impressed with Power I’m giving them 5 stars. I would recommend them for sure.
Power did a fantastic job with my roof install. We met at a home show and the team there created a very good first impression. We had the salesman Craig come out gave a thorough inspection and presentation. Everything that was promised was delivered on. I’d recommend them to anyone looking at getting a similar scope of work done.
From the start of the process which was the marketing was very personable. Everyone’s very polite and everybody is in the zone and thorough. There was a lot of information that I’m not used to and level of detail that we got, information and the follow-through was impeccable. Nothing like we got from other companies. The confidence confidence and the process from the very beginning made us very happy with our purchase.
We met Power by a nice young lady doing field marketing. We were setup for a roof estimate with their sales consultant Nick. He was great and helped explain the whole project to us to where we felt comfortable moving forward. Everyone has been very friendly so far and we’re excited to have the 50 year warranty. Definitely recommend this company.
