We had Power do several windows in our home. We had Garrett come to the house to give us an explanation of the product. It was a little long but ultimately we decided that for the money they were asking we were getting excellent value in the product and warranty. The crew came and installed the windows in one day and were so clean you could barely tell anyone had just ripped windows out of our home. Overall 4.5 stars. Very happy.
I have had a very pleasant experience with all of the staff that has visited my home before and after the job was completed. Power stands behind their products and warranties 100%. I appreciated the customer service and the installation crew I experienced with Power Home Remodeling. We had 8 windows replaced. When we ordered the windows COVID was rapid. The supply chain delayed things a bit. Power was very upfront and we understood. Then I was diagnosed with Cancer and pushed my install out even more. I normally don’t go with people who knock on my door, but the clarity and professionalism made me comfortable immediately. Ryan followed up, he was very knowledgeable and very clear. Which made it very comfortable. The work crew showed up on time and went right to work. Bring a big company, they offered financing and a believable long term guarantee. That’s what I was really happy with.
