Absolutely terrible experience and it has not been resolved yet. Initial salesperson was high pressure and wanted deal signed on first sales visit. I signed the deal a few days later. Installers were not professional and did not follow Covid protocols. The installers broke a new window and it had to be replaced. They also broke an old window in the driveway and did not clean up the glass. We found a window that was defective after the installers left. We’re very happy with how everything went with the install of our bay window. Though the delay because of covid was a pain, it was messaged clearly and we were kept in the loop the entire time. The window looks great. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

I was shopping for windows and went to a few sellers to find the right price and product that suited my needs. I found ones that seemed cheap and others that seemed way too expensive and Power Home Remodeling was the right choice. I paid a fair price for energy efficient windows that I already see the difference in temperature in my home during this Winter. Installers were on time and efficient. Temperature was in the 20s so they concentrated in getting all windows in and sealed prior to outdoor finishing which I appreciated. the installers were friendly. Good job all around.
