When my roommate moved out I wasn't aware of the date that her companies electric services would be powered off. Sure enough it happened at the worst time and I was able to set up my Power Express account quickly and they came out the same day to set it up. I love the auto pay option so I don't even have to worry. Great company run by even greater people!
I have been with Power Express for 2 years now and just signed up for a 3rd. Have been extremely happy and satisfied with their service and rates. Always so helpful and go the extra mile in helping to get the best possible plan and rate. The online bill pay is easy and efficient!
Great customer service! They answer the phone quickly and don't put you on hold for hours like others do I have a great deal with $80 credit for usage above 1000 kWh. They have a lot of others deals just call and ask!
Terrific customer service, they go above and beyond. Always answer the service line right away and have dealt with some complicated issues for me recently. I can not recommend this company more! And the prices are unbeatable.
Great customer service. Lowest rates available. A lady at the grocery store tried to sell me another electricity provider by saying she could beat my rates. Once I showed her what I was paying she said that I was getting a great deal and she couldn't match it. Thanks!! Great service here in The Woodlands!!
I use online bill pay. My bank confirmed payment sent 5/18, received 5/21, and deposited 5/26. (Due 5/29). I sent payment the same day my bill arrived, so they don't leave much room for delay. Today (6/2) I received a phone call that a disconnect order had been placed and that I am on a temporary grace period. I gave them the check number from the bank records and they are going to 'look into it'. The rep who I spoke to told me that this 'isn't uncommon for paper checks'.
