The dental care is meticulous with very clear explanations of the procedures.
I was greeted with a smile and attended to immediately. Professional. Clean and well decorated reception area.
The hygienist was very thorough, professional, and caring. The six month exam and cleaning was quick and painless. Dentist and office support staff were professional and easy to work with.
I brought my ten-year-old daughter, who is on the autism spectrum in for her semiannual cleaning. The staff was very understanding about her fear of sitting in the dentist chair and equally understanding about her sensitivity to being touched on her face. The Dental assistant was very patient with my daughter during the cleaning and was able to keep her calm throughout the procedure to finish. My child arrived with a lot of fear, but left the office very happy, as was I.
The Powell Dental Group staff has always been a class operation. I have been a patient for many years and they have always been courteous, respectful and competent. Dr. Shelley Shults has maintained the quality of this group consistently over the years.

Such a great experience today! I went in to the office on the verge of tears in pain over a throbbing broken tooth and an infection in my mouth both causing me great discomfort. Everyone I encountered was genuinely kind, patient and interested in helping me get relief and resolution quickly. I felt cared for and was so grateful for the amazing group of ladies I encountered today. They went above and beyond and it was much appreciated.
Our dentist is fantastic! The staff is great!
We really enjoy going to the dentist!!!
