The staff and Dr. Shults are all very professional from the front desk to the dental technician who assisted Dr. Shults. I had an appointment prepping me to have three implant crowns placed in my mouth in three weeks and the technician who did all the preliminary work and Dr. Shults were both great. Since this was a new experience for me I wasn't sure what to expect and it could not have been any better.
My son went in for a cleaning, but also had a little chip on his front tooth that was bothering him aesthetically. Dr. Shelley filed it perfectly and made my teenager so happy! He said he couldn’t stop smiling!
I had to have other work performed in a periodontal practice. Powell Dental Group was prompt about forwarding my dental history so my care was the best possible.
My hygienist was very good. She was always asking me if I was ok. Dr. Shelly also took the time to make sure I was doing ok and if I had any concerns about my teeth. She also checked my neck which I’m sure was to look for lumps in my glands. I appreciate that a lot.
Been going for 19 years. Never a negative experience. They go out of their way if needed. Dentist met me after hours at 7:30pm to fix a tooth as I was leaving on vacation the next day.
My whole family loves Powell dental group. Dr. Shelley is amazing, the hygienists are very knowledgeable and great at what they do, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They are always on time and care about each patient!
I absolutely love this place for my dental care. Not long ago my former dentist retired and I was looking for a new place to have my dental care. I know Dr Shelly personally and decided to go to the Powell dental group. I had no idea how excellent they were. I am so glad I found this new home for my dental care.
