I was a non-patient looking for a new dentist. They got me in quickly took the time to listen to my concerns and developed a care plan for me.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The level of expertise is unrivaled. I would recommend them to anyone.
I love Dr. Shelley and her staff. They are honest and do not push extra things/procedures.
Every single staff member in the office and Dr. Shults herself were unbelievably kind, considerate and a pleasure to have help me. Christa in billing/insurance and Ashley the technician both treated me like a friend from the moment we met. Dr. Shults was warm, friendly, and answered all my questions by thouroughly explaining everything. I highly recommend anyone in the area looking for a dentist or for an oral sleep appliance must go to Dr. Shults in Powell.
I'm a career USAF officer (retired) and we've lived all over the country. We have had MANY dentists...but none...I repeat...NONE are as helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly as Dr. Shelley and her practice colleagues. Most people dread the dentist...I welcome my visits. I talked my wife into coming here, too. I feel cared for...my teeth, and my health. If you don't have a dentist, go here (and I know saying this may make it harder to get an appointment).
I hate going to "the dentist". Several weeks ago, I broke a front tooth in half and, despite looking like a homeless person, I chose to go around looking ridiculous rather than facing a trip to the dentist. I don’t think anybody really enjoys going to the dentist, and as I’ve gotten older my anxiety has slowly ramped up. That being said, Dr. Schults and Melissa made a fantastic team during my recent visit for root canal follow up, exhibiting a lot of patience with me and getting the work done as efficiently as possible!
