My kids 2, 4, and 6 years old all are seen at Powder River Dental! The staff at 4-J always has a smile and a welcoming attitude! A very high energy, professional yet laid back office! Both hygenist are very personable and likable. they do a wonderful job and i slways request them by name. Dr. Schell is great with all ages of patients and his assistants treat everyone like you have been friends for years! Good staff, good treatment and competitive prices!!

The staff at Powder River are very friendly and helpful towards the patients they I've always had a problem with other dentist being very hard on mouth they where very gentle on it they still had things done in a timely manner it was the first dentist visit I've left not hurting. My visit went great, thanks to everyone! I haven't been to the dentist in some time due to a bad experience with a different dentist. Your staff was very kind and caring and took their time explaining everything and reassuring me. Even the ladies at the desk asked me how it went. How nice!
