I HATE going to the dentist!!! However, I love all the staff here. They help me to feel as comfortable as possible. Always friendly and courteous. I don't feel like they're judgmental and they have realistic expectations. Thanks to everyone at Powder River Dental!
I always receive great service at Powder River Dental from Dr. Schamber and the staff. They all care for the patients with great compassion.The only thing I wish was different is it would be great if they were a BCBS provider.
First off, Theresa does a wornderful job. She listens very well and treats me like a friend or at least a respected customer. I mentioned, that at times I experienced some pain while biting, and within minutes Dr. Barelman was checking it out. He made some adjustments and I have not had any pain since. Wonderful experience! It was as wonderful of an experience as you can have at a dental office. The whole staff makes it pleasant by being friendly and attentive. Great job.
Teressa, was very professional, considerate of my gag reflex and did the care without causing additional pain or discomfort. She had someone push the button so the film could be removed from my mouth quickly. She was prompt and ready for me when I arrived just at the time of my appointment. Of course, Dr. Barelman was there promptly to do my dentist check, only sorry found some more cavities, but I guess thats good too so they could be taken care of before becoming a major problem. I have been a patient of the practice for several years. The staff is always very professional, informative, friendly, and courteous. When I have needed more than routine care, Dr Barelman has done an excellent job from fillings to crowns.
I had a great first experience. They took their time and I am confident that I got a through exam!
I came into the office terrified of any and all dentists... Dr Love and Jan made me feel comfortable and and he addressed my fears, I was able to have my tooth extracted with no problem. I am now making appt for my kids because these people are the greatest!!!
GREAT SERVICE AND QUALITY CARE ,WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THERE SERVICES.
