Had a wonderful time, rooms very clean, and bed very comfortable. The wedding was outstanding, food was excellent. We would recommend it to anyone. Had a incident this morning when the elevator was stuck and we couldn't get out but I pushed the button and the operator responded very guickly!
Very nice establishment. Staff is very professional.
Though the hotel was beautifully decorated I didn't get the experience that customer service is a priority in their training and way of being. From the front desk staff, to the restaurant, the employees don't really seem like their want to be there. It's a total contrast to the customer experience I had all week at chain hotels.
