I have been to a couple events at Poughkeepsie Grand for New Years Eve and Valentine's Day. We have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly, music great, food is good and it's just generally a good time. The rooms are always clean as well.
First time there had a blast was treated with kindness and the staff went out of there way to help.. The rooms are 100% beautiful . Breakfast was good this morning also. I will most definitely be going back. Thank you to all the staff
The execution of the bridal show was awful. I waited in line for over an hour (while also being cut in line multiple times). We told staff and the response was them saying they were "working on it" - but continued to stand around. I loved the vendors there, but execution was awful.

Beautiful place, large and well designed. The staff is exceptional. My only issue was the heat in my room. It would be nice if they had instructions on the proper use of the thermostat.
Great Staff...and good food I also telling a lot of my friends their won't be disappointed!
Everything was great....I will be back for the New Years Eve party in December
My wife and I attended the New Year's Eve dance there and I can honestly say it was best event I ever been to.I will be attending every year!!! Thanks Grand Hotel for the awesome experience!
