The staff at the front desk, the server in the bar, the parking lot attendant, the breakfast host were all super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and it was the perfect location to walk to a show at the Bardavan Theater. I highly recommend it.
We need to see how certain problems that have popped are handled prior to making an honest review. I truly hope they turn this around to the 5 star event they promised.. I will keep you updated throughout the day.

The evening of my daughter’s sweet 16 they had 5 events: Weddings and the Fireman’s ball...we were the last ones on the totem pole for sure. Also, the event before us in the room we had didn’t end in time so our room was not ready. Having worked in hospitality and catering I️ definitely understand the business but there was a lack of staff attending to our party and lack of organization.
