RecommendedGreat view. Great food!!!
Beds are very uncomfortable. Called front desk to request maintenance to respond to a slow toilet at 6AM and was told no one available till after 8AM, had to use restrooms in lobby. Very poor customer service
Amazing sophisticated room
the beds are too hard and they need to upgrade a/c. food was great and everything else but that bed ughhh I was in pain all day the next day
It was a nice hotel, the room was clean and nice. The wedding why I went there for was amazing. The food at the wedding was great and at the cocktail hour was great. The servers was very nice and helpful. What I don’t understand that the pool and the gym was not in the hotel you have to take a shuttle to go there. A relative said they went to the pool (a child) and the person at the pool said you have to swim 2 laps around the pool to be able to go in the pool. This child was denied entrance to the pool. That is so wrong.
Very nice hotel. Staff was very nice. Lovely decor. Lots of weddings all going at once. Might just reconnect more directional signs for guests. Would highly recommend.

I have been a mobile DJ for 30 years and I always look forward to working at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel. I worked there this past Friday and Michelle and the rest of the staff were outstanding!!! The service and the food were top notch!!!. Can't wait to go back for the next event!!!
