Decided to cook seafood after eating out a LOT since starting our winter migration...went sightseeing and found Potters right on the dock. We bought 2 pounds of HUGE shrimp....cooked up a Scampi—the BEST we ever ate—meaty, not fishy tasting, sweet! You can tell that the Potter family knows what they are doing and how to treat their most delicious catch! We’ll go back! Mmmmmmm!
