I love this place! And I would recommend to anyone and visit again and again, however our last visit was iffy. I rang out twice and the first gal was wonderfully kind. The second gal was possibly in a bad mood? She wasn’t bad with me but very short with my friends. For every single one of us we had plants that according to her were marked incorrectly and she had raised the prices on us at checkout. I am a collector of aroids living in Pittsburgh. I traveled the 2 hours and 15 min to finally visit Potratz. I was not at all disappointed! I could have spent hours walking the greenhouses. I am so thankful that this place exists. I will definitely be going back again. Check every nook and cranny, because there are plants hiding you wouldn’t expect to find. Hi I love flowers and plants, I always shop at Stan's Gardens but last month I was looking for a particular plant and Stan's sold out, but recommend me to visit Portraz so I did!! I found many plants more and ofcourse bought all, from 2 orange trees, got a pineapple plant, snake plant, ZZ plant to every single variety Pothos they they have just to name a few, I think over all I spent more than $1,800 (I buy for me and my daughters so they don't take mines 🙂) as happy I am with my flowers I CAN NOT say the same about the cos... read more
