Would Definately Recommend! They're great but not the Anesthesia I recently came to Potomac Family Planning Center to have an abortion done. I was very nervous about the procedure. the staff was very nice and friendly and put me at ease. also they did not make me wait for a long period of time either, which was really great because I was so nervous. the counselor was also very friendly. i didnt feel judged by them. the procedure itself took about 3 to 5 minutes in total. Doctor Killed my Sister Do not go here!! My sister died under the care of one of the doctors. My family has been traumatized and devastated.
Potomac Family Planning Rockville MD The only person who was remotely friendly in the entire clinic was the counselor. I was made to undress in a room full of "recovering" patients. The nurse who took me to surgery did not speak English. I did the procedure under full anesthesia, but after I woke up, I did not recieve any type of pain killer (even tylenol). Excellent Experience in a hard situation. I went to Potomac Family Planning for a first trimester abortion. It was a hard decision, and they were very supportive and non-judgmental. The office made it very convenient for me to get an appointment, although they only do the procedures on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
