I have always ordered a chopped steak and mashed potatoes. It is $11.50 and I got a tiny hamburger patties. Ms. Amy said she checks every order and my husband said when he got there the guy brought it out of the kitchen already bagged and she didn't check it. My patty didn't even fill half of the container and it wasn't even 1/3rd thick. I took pictures of my plate and the extra large gravy we ordered was not even half full. I came from very small with my parents to this restaurant and we have seen many changes, but I recommend you to come Monday afternoon, same flavor and same delight there is how to recognize the true flavor of this restaurant... we come back next Monday
I have been there before but it was my wife's 1st visit she loved it like I do
The waiter was excellent and the food had a good taste but was room temp . The lady who seated us was very rude. We waited quite a while for a waiter and even longer for silverware and our food. When the food finally came it was room temperature.The waiter brought us new food from the kitchen but it was equally cold. The staff in general was uncaring.The only thing I recommend is that good waiter find a better place to work. He was too good for that place!
Never again! Cold food oh and the wait! Smh it wasn’t even busy
While the staff was great, polite and lovely. The cooks messed up our orders and our food came out cold. We were told the heat lamps were having issues. The person who was throwing rolls, didn't come by very frequently. We saw the muffin guy all the time. We will try again maybe on a less busy night.
