Service has gone down big time - not sure if it’s under new management or if the cooks don’t care about the quality of how food is prepared. I’ve been a customer for years - I introduced 7 of my colleagues to this restaurant - they were not impressed at all. I was disappointed and embarrassed. Needless to say, we probably won’t be eating there for a while or if at all anymore ����

We had an enjoyable experience. We had left overs to take home. They came around to throw hot fresh rolls and muffins. They even gave us some to take home. It was all so yummy!
I've been coming here for years and it was getting worse each time ever since they had new management or something but tonight was the last straw. We waited about a good 20-30 mins just for rolls to come out, and some okra and tomatoes. Then about 40 mins later our food had still not come by this time a couple close to us that sat down maybe 5 mins after us just ate some rolls and okra and left after an hour waiting for their food. Went there for a family reunion. They knew ahead to time that there would be 40 plus people. They only assigned us one waitress, bad idea. We got there at 1:30 finally got food at 3:30. Orders wrong, food cold and they still wanted 20% tip. Not happening. Won’t ever be back, all 40 plus people.
I had a really big problem here tonight. First off the food was good. Our waitress was great. But when checking out there was a guy who was a former employee standing at the register talking to the cashier while she basically ignored me. Which ok, I'm not a baby I can handle that. Unfortunately, 1 is the lowest rating. I will never again, in my life, eat here. I remember when the food was amazing, and didn't look or taste like it was cooked in old ass grease. Let alone, sit in the grease too long, or overcooked. The fries were cold and hard, my 3 year old didn't even eat them. The waitor was terrible, another waitress had to do his job, for him.
