We had a company retreat at Post Oak. All of us enjoyed the swimming pool and billiards in our common area. Our rooms were very clean & comfortable. The Lodge staff went the extra mile to accommodate us. I will come back to Oak Post Lodge with family or friends in the future.

I loved the country atmosphere and the phenomenal food! My only complaints are that the black man who was part of the catering crew made a TON of noise clearing tables and stacking plates while one of our guest speakers was addressing the room. I couldn't hear her over him!! It was very frustrating. Also, during the picnic, I thought he was very unprofessional because he was making himself at home by eating OUR FOOD! Maybe someone at the reunion picnic gave him permission to eat, but I still think it was unprofessional.

We held our family's reunion here and everyone complimented the location and facilities. The food was superb! My compliments to the chef, the best roast beef I have ever had! Would recommend this place to anyone!

The grounds are beautiful and the staff was amazing. We had booked 3 of the 4 rooms in one of the small lodges. But thankfully the fourth bedroom was unoccupied. The peace and quiet were such a nice surprise. The pool was a great place for us to spend the evening unwinding. The porch swing and breakfast was a big hit with our group too. Definitely would recommend this to anyone and everyone for a family vacation.
