Second time using this company. First time had a very apparent hole which was possibly there from builders that was sealed up to avoid possum re-entry. Second time tiles were rattled by possums and sealed shut by Anthony and then have had a very bad rat problem which was treated and have had Anthony come back on 2 seperate occasions to do a retrieval to get rid of the smell in which he has been successful both times. Great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent and Anthony who came onsite managed to possum proof our roof in less than an hour. After nightly noises in the roof, we haven't heard anything for over a week now. Great company.
My sincere thanks to Anthony and the team at Possum Catchers! They did a fantastic job at removing some sneaky possums that had made our roof their home. Anthony identified areas where they were getting in and secured them. He installed a two way door that allowed any remaining in the roof to exit safely over a few days. The customer service/admin team (Zoe, Susan, Lisette) are so excellent to deal with and knew exactly what was going on from the first phone call. Very reasonable pricing and great service. I called the Possum Catchers a few weeks ago for some advice after hearing noises within one of our walls (ended up being a baby magpie!) - the beautiful lady I spoke with was SO helpful! This business knows what they're doing and I would have zero hesitation booking with them!!! Wonderful business!!!
