Disappointing service. Did not come back to collect the possum on time. The possum desperately came inside the house via the open chute and destroyed household belongings. Also told me there are rats so that he can charge extra. No rats nothing. Do not pay extra.

Possum catchers were extremely responsive, caring and competent. Kris went above and beyond to help me and when trying to catch a mother and her baby from my Dads Glen Iris house. This was time critical as the house was sold and soon to be settled. He explained all the difficulties and made an extra effort to help.
