Recently worked with Maynor Perez through my realtor Erik Galindo and it was a very disappointing experience. We conducted a walk through early in order to ensure the issues with the apartment were handled before move in and they were not handled until 3 weeks later. I followed up with Maynor many times and he was very uncooperative and even stopped responding to emails. While touring the apartment with my realtor we were told the pool would be fixed shortly since they were not offering lower rent for the pool not working an... read more
