Terrible. I would never reccommend purchasing a car from this dealership. I'm a single woman that is very knowledgeable about what I was looking to purchase. I had done my homework on my trade. The salesman "Bob" was very condescending. He tried to fast talk me about the "no doc fee" etc and how this vehicle was already listed under market value thus I wouldn't get what I was expecting for my trade. FYI I did purchase a highlander with less mileage and a better price and I did get what I was looking for my trade.

I have been speaking with a salesman about a specific vehicle that I wanted to come look at. I told him that I would be there at a certain time to look at the vehicle because I was driving down from Maine. When we got there the vehicle was not ready and the battery was dead. The salesman proceeded to tell us that he would have service look at it and contact us. I never heard from them again. I took my business elsewhere and got a similar car in better condition, and more importantly better service.
The dealer was prompt in notifying me that the vehicle was no longer available and then it just went to automated email probes hoping that I would contact him more. Zero personal touch or effort beyond automated emails. Typical dealer behavior.

Dealer responded but was not willing to talk price at all even after I told him I had found the same vehicle cheaper at another dealership. I like to buy local if I can but can't justify spending several thousand more on the same vehicle.
