They have vehicles that they mark up anywhere from ten to twenty thousand over the retail value. They say they only do it with **** performance vehicles as if that makes it any better. I highly discourage people giving these dealerships your business. They have a truck priced at retail value on their website but when you ask them about it they tell you the out of door cost is 20 thousand more !!!SLIMY
Portsmouth ford has made several attempts to repair my defective truck costing me thousands of dollars and they offered me half of what it’s worth towards a new one. Their diesel trucks are loaded with defective components and I have a fifty thousand dollar truck that is undriveable
They were great. It was pretty busy and took a long time to get the transaction done. Happy with my truck and trade.

Portsmouth Ford was the best used vehicle experience I have ever had. Will is friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions prior to traveling over an hour to see the tundra.
