Great dealer but that van was not for me.

Poor experience we showed up and the car was sold when they confirmed it would still be there, on top of that the salesman desperately searched for another car on there lot to try to sell to me after taking an alternate car for a test drive and the car reeked of cigarette smoke the salesman stated they would only be able to give me $2500 for my 2011 full package GMC Terrain after declining the offer and going on to leave because I had no interest anymore the sales department continued to harass me making the experience very ... read more

Some confusion, the vehicle pictured was not the one described,. The description matched mileage and price of the first vehicle I tested, but the rest of the decription was inaccurate (van was stripped, not loaded with options). I purchased the van pictured, the description seemed to fit better, but mileage higher, price lower, and different engine. Very confusing, but my salesman addressed everything professionally and i am very satisfied with my service.

Excellent communication from dealership. Unfortunately the vehicle I was interested in was sold while I was on the phone with him about it. Seemed like a good dealership to deal with.
