From the moment you walk through the doors of their beautiful and extremely clean facility you feel at ease. The dental care that my family receives is beyond thorough and everything is explained in a manner that is easy to understand. I highly recommend Portsmouth Family Dental, without hesitation and with enthusiasm. Thank you for the wonderful care you provide my family and for maintaining their beautiful smiles!
Dr. Cavanaugh and his team are excellent! The doctor and hygenists were so terrific with our three kids and helped make sure they were relaxed and treated so gently that they would not be afraid of checkups. My husband and I have also had routine care, fillings, etc and trust Dr. Cavanaughs judgement and advice. The office is state of the art and appointments run right on schedule. Would highly recommend for the whole family!
Use to enjoy the office. Not anymore. Pretty sad when they think of you as a number and not as an actual person. Thats the way they made me feel. Sometimes when your dental plan isnt enough and you have to start paying out of your own pocket, it gets to be exspensive and i dont know if this office realizes this or just doesnt care? And then to take MY finacial concerns out on the rest of my family by basically telling them they aren't wanted at that office anymore, i dont know, i found it disheartening,sad, petty. The entire staff is extremely courteous & professional. The Office is beautiful and up to date. Dr. Cavanaugh's entire team makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.
