For 2021, I chose Dr. Cavanaugh because he was in-network for UnitedHealth care AARP Medicare Advantage insurance. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that Dr. Cavanaugh decided to take this plan out of network. When I first called the office, I was told that UHC was responsible. Not true. For me and I am sure many others will be impacted by Dr. Cavanaugh's decision. Now, we have to pay out of network costs. Example, $150 for yearly cleaning in November.
