Founded in 2011, Portside is a locally owned and operated small batch producer of hand crafted beer and spirits. Our Brewery and Distillery and Pub, overlooks Lake Erie in Downtown Cleveland’s East Bank of the Flats. We are northeast Ohio’s first brewery and distillery, and we pride ourselves on providing unique experiences in our pub as well as through tours, tastings and private events. This is the ONLY brewery/distillery in Ohio. Go ahead and schedule a tour. The beer and rum is exceptional but as everyone has different tastes get a flight to see what you like. The food is good and priced somewhat reasonably, maybe within 10 percent of expected. Someone came over within 15 minutes which is awesome because it's not McDonalds and if 15 minutes is too long for the only craft brewery of its type in the state maybe McDonalds and a Budweiser would be a better choice for you. We had my sister's bridal shower this Sunday at Portside, and it was the perfect location! We have family from both the east and west sides of town, so to find a place downtown with two (!) parking lots was fantastic. Matt and Erica assisted me with all the planning and were very organized and helpful. The bartenders were wonderful - friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place for a special occasion. �
Super friendly staff, great beer! Great location, very clean and comfortable setting. The tour was very informational.
