Portside Distillery is a nice place and great additition to Cleveland. However my experience was ruined by our server. He seemed totally lost. He asked for everyone's credit cards even though most of us were paying cash. He spilled a glass of ice water on myself and my friend, accidents do happen. Then when we said we were ready to pay he went back and forth from our table to the register and brought each bill, there were 11 of us, back one at a time. Great atmosphere, great food, and great beer. Especially their No. 7. If you have not been there, you don't know what you are missing.
