Founded in 2011, Portside is a locally owned and operated small batch producer of hand crafted beer and spirits. Our Brewery and Distillery and Pub, overlooks Lake Erie in Downtown Cleveland’s East Bank of the Flats. We are northeast Ohio’s first brewery and distillery, and we pride ourselves on providing unique experiences in our pub as well as through tours, tastings and private events. This rum is freaking nasty it really like someone spilled perfume in the bottle pouring is crap down the sink after The first shot and try to get the taste out of my mouth... WTF...
We had a wonderful mini-family reunion with my brother, sister, nephew & his girlfriend who had just come in from AZ. We enjoyed food (including the jerky - both types) and your terrific Portside Draft Beers & Portside Rum Cocktails! Service by all VERY good and it was late aft/early evening before you closed (@5:30-7P).
Excellent customer service, amazing drinks and fun board games. My favorite place in Cleveland.
Drinks are good but they need more staff and a larger food menu.
Just got turned away at 9:30 on a Saturday night because they were "at capacity." I've been here multiple times when it was way more crowded. The man who turned us away locked the door and we watched multiple crowds try to leave and couldn't open the door, which is a fire hazard. Completely disappointed in this customer service.
Beer is good. Pass on the rum. It's terrible in every way.
Two stars for the waterside location. Beer was icky.
