Couldn't be happier to be at Portside. Incredibly friendly staff, love my apartment and all the conveniences of the building as a whole - especially how dog-friendly it is for so many of us that have relatively new/young pups. We're only 5 months into our lease and are already talking about staying for a second year!
Very nice apartments with good amenities. However, you need to pay extra to use their gym. Rents are too much for east boston and overall, not worth it. I found an apartment right in seaport for over $1,000 cheaper per month.
