Portside is such a gorgeous building with wonderful amenities, incredible views of the waterfront, and a RUDE and highly UNPROFESSIONAL management team coupled with really terrible sound insulation. Unbeatable views of Boston Harbor, and you get to look AT the Boston Skyline. The dog park is amazing, with doggie pools in the summer heat. There are 3 outdoor decks/patios. Communal grilles, fire pits. The indoor pool is amazing, along with the game room and golf simulator. And those are the areas aside from the apartments. The apartments are tasteful and inviting. Worst place ever and worst leasing office. A rip off.
This place is more miserable than the management company you'll have the pleasure of being forced to talk to whenever you have an issue. I was legitimately sleeping in the room with the door shut when I woke up to a stranger in my room. Yes, this really did happen. A large African American maintenance man had let himself into the apartment and did not notice I was still asleep in the room.
