We chose this place about 3 years ago and we certainly don't regret it. Beside being in a great location, 5 min from the city, the surrounding is great. The management team is wonderful, always available to help you at anytime. The maintenance & cleaning crew are amazing to keep this place neat & clean. We don't want to forget the concierge team who is fantastic. We are really enjoying our experience at Portside Eastpier. I absolutely Love it here. The leasing office customer service is awesome. Tina and Frank are phenomenal! Property is spotless and the views don't hurt either!
A great building, with killer views, and only 1 short block to the T. It is beyond liberating to live where I don't have to use my car for weeks at a time.
Sunrise or sunset is a nice view across the harbor
