I don't even know if this is the correct page anymore seeing as this complex has switch companies three times in the two years I've lived here. I can not wait for my lease to be up. I was quoted one price for my lease renewal and signed it. Then two weeks later (a week before my new lease began) I'm told there's been a mistake and that I have two days to sign a new lease with a high amount or I would be charged an outrageous fee per month. Complex doesn't allow bicycles! Unless you pay to store them $240 a year or keep inside your apartment!

I've been here over 1yr...with the exception of the close parking spaces I love it....the grounds are kept up and my a/c broke at 10 pm on a Sunday I called and maintenance was there in 30min to diagnose the problem...he couldn't fix it that night and said he'd be back by 8am the next morning....he got to my apartment at 7:45...need I say more

We went to look at the apartments complex and they were beautiful. We seen the model but was unable to view the apartment they assigned us due to heavy rain. We contacted them for 2 weeks and left several messages before someone got back with us to actually view the apartment we was about to sign out lease for which we never did before signing the lease since we had to be out of our place. We have been in this complex since Oct 2015 - issue after issue and no resolution from the office personnel. Terrible place to live. Not worth the money - take your money and family else where. Finally sending a letter to headquarters hopefully that brings some resolution. -

This is the most crappiest apartments to live at, Prior to Arium at Laguna Lakes, The Resort at Laguna Lakes worked perfectly fine. These people never answer the phones, they never get back to their residents in a timely manner, my garbage disposal has been broken for the past 2 months, they force you to get valet garbage when it should be an option, and to top it off they call you act like everything is the residents fault after I've been keeping a track of the numerous times I've called this complex.
