Management has absolutely no regards for the residence. Horrible.
The worst experience I've ever had. You guys need to focus on revamping the office staff and maybe you will have better results in people staying for the long haul. If you need shit done go to corporate that's the only way to get results around here. In two months we've had 2 water leaks from the upstairs apartment, a bike stolen, BBQ grill ran over by the painters, dishwasher broke, ice maker broke, dryer broke, the gate is broken more than it works.
