Moved in in September 2015. The staff has always been courteous and helpful, despite being understaffed and at times overwhelmed. Property management is not an easy business, it's a thankless one. However, the staff at Arium Palm Cove does their best, which is the most you can ask for. Whatever issues I have had, maintenance has been there within the hour to take care of them. Your Member Portal does not work. It kept asking me to verify my registration even though I already did it. This is the third time I'm requesting new verification link to my email. Resetting password won't do anything either because now it asked me to contact property manager. One lady from your office was supposed to contact me back yesterday but no one gave me a call or email me back. I called the office and no one is picking up... How would you like us to pay rent when your service does not work?
I have been at this location for 6 years under Licoln apartments. Arium palm cove bought it and everything changed. Paying that high for this community was justified with the amenities that we were getting. Unfortunatly all of that stopped with Arium cove. When you call to ask questions, it's like a broken record: "we are sorry but this is how it is now"...really???? I will def NOT renew my lease
