Since cortland took over place has gone down hill. Not a good experience living here.

Great service! Our washer machine broke, and we submitted a maintenance request. The next day, Westly Jeanty came out and fixed it. He was super friendly and fixed the machine really quick.
If your coming to find a home ask for Marlene she's the best she made my transition to a new city seamless. She goes above and beyond each and every time I come into the office, she keeps me updated on everything that's going on with the community. The maintenance staff is great my go to man is Anthony , he gets the job done fast and even explains the problem and helps you understand the correct ways to prevent other issues. Great community I'm a pleased tenant.

Maybe instead of "fixing" the gate every month why not get new gates? The gates are open more than they are closed and even when they are "working" people still drive up behind you to try to get in. There is no security in the complex and the garbage people pick and choose which garbage they want to take. The sprinklers don't even water the grass, they shoot up and cause water marks on the cars. Shame!!! Smh protect your renters stuff!!! If I was living there I would break my lease and sue you if you try to hit me with a fee for moving out early!!!
