So unprofessional! They NEVER answer the phone when you call and have been doing construction for 3 YEARS blocking our entrances and waking us up at 7 am with banging noises! They’ve been working on the new club house for about 3 years and we still don’t have 24 hr access! And the rent just keeps going up! Using our rent money on ridiculousness!
RecommendedThe staff here is very attentive to your needs and concerns. They plan really fun community events. Amber put on a really nice and tasty ice cream social for the residents recently. The safety patrols at night are an added plus for the community.

The best community in palm beach
PSA: All of the "positive" reviews are written by staff. Absolutely horrible community to live in. They sugar coat everything during the leasing process. They do not complete service requests in a timely manner. They ignore your concerns. There's trash everywhere. Nobody stops at stop signs. People speed. The leasing agents and "residential experience coordinators" do not care about you or your wishes and only want you to sign the lease. I like the amenities like the pools and the grounds are clean. The staff like Amber and Rainin Brock are helpful. But the noise level and smoking doesn’t help. I don’t recommend moving here if you’re a light sleeper as the walls have no insulation and neighbors are inconsiderate.
My review is solely for Wes from Maintenance. He has gone above and beyond multiple times for me with a few issues I came across after I had moved in. The first issue was a minor leak coming from the dishwasher. The hose wasn’t fully hooked so he came after his working hours to fix it for me. Once he finished that (under 15 mins) I pointed out other minor issues. He walked through the entire unit with me and resolved all of them. A couple weeks later the disposable sink got clogged. Every single day leaf blowing at 7:30 AM no joke everyday like people don’t work over nights .. no respect !!!! This place is horribleeeeeee .. that isn’t even business hours . Every.single.day .and I look out and they are leaf blowing NOTHING — oh and also been doing construction on the new “gym” for weeks straight with extremely loud banging sounds like explosions every single day ( even Saturday) from 8am to almost 8PM no joke.
