Incredible selection of porcelain, ceramic, mosaic glass, and stone tiles of all sizes. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They took all the stress off of my remodel by helping me design my kitchen and even helped with measurements. My contractor purchased the tile and they got him a great wholesale discount. So bad. We had an issue with our order from Portland Tile Direct. The lady told me that all sales are final and then hung up. Granted, it was an unpleasant conversation prior to that, but it only became unpleasant because the lady on the phone apparently has anger issues. After telling her I would attempt a chargeback if they refused to help us with the problem, she lost her mind. If you have any issues with a product, you are going to get screwed.
