Excellent doctor but smug, does not understand the little people and the fact that he charges an arm and a leg is a detraction. Perhaps they should lose some staff to lower their prices to make it more affordable and attainable
I did not feel comfortable while being treated by Dr. Portillo. I found him self-centered and lacking in good judgment. I saw him several years ago, so I hope he has improved. He had a pretentious demeanor, which was in augmented by the unusually large number of diplomas and certificates he had displayed in his office, as though to impress the patient with his credentials. He did not seem particularly empathic, which is not surprising given his aloof presentation.
Dr. Portillo is brilliant, insightful and always responsive to questions or concerns
