During our chat after my colonoscopy Dr Porter mentioned to me that if everyone quit eating sugar, cancer rates would be cut in half. Even though my colonoscopy was negative that statement stuck with me, so much so that I started on the Keto diet and now several other health problems (most notably high blood pressure) have resolved themselves. Now understand he did not recommend a Keto diet but he planted that no-sugar seed and I am a healthier 72 year old for it.
Dr. Porter and his staff are fantastic and life savers!!! They are all amazing.....
The fact that I chose to drive 250 miles one way to be seen and treated by Dr. Porter says a great deal about my confidence in him as a provider. I should like to mention he has a great staff as well.
