I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience today while speaking with your receptionist over the phone. I called with a simple question and was met with a rude tone and a complete lack of respect. What was most upsetting is that, during the conversation, the receptionist actually told me, “You need to fix your tone when you’re talking to me.” This was completely unnecessary and out of line, especially considering I was speaking calmly and simply trying to get information. Every since l,ve been going to port health they have been of great therapy to me,l was in a lot of grief when l first started when l did group therapy and the one on one therapy it made a lot of difference, l was able to get that knot out of my stomach that was there so long and l was able to interact with others, port health is my second family l wouldn't have it any other way!
