The doctors and staff here are the best! Always so helpful whether we need to come in or just call with questions. My family has been here almost 5 years, I can't believe I haven't reviewed them yet :)
Love Dr.Nicles, love the nursing staff, but can't stand the girls who work the front desk. Every time we come in, the girls are unfriendly and rude. They don't make eye contact with you, they don't smile, they mumble, and they roll their eyes at you. I've been coming to this office for 10 years, and it's always been the same way. Plus, I feel the office constantly over schedules! Every time we come in, we always are 15 minutes early, and we end up waiting an hour in the waiting room, and an hour in a patient room. Dr.Golz was my Dr as a child he is kind, smart & gentle hands down the best pedeatrition a mother could ask for . My son and daughter will stay with him as long as possible!
