I absolutely LOVE my girls pediatrician and the ones who we have had when theirs is unavailable but the office staff is just not good at all. They have strange rules like when your child is sick they can ONLY see their provider and no one else in the office. When I have asked about different times available because what they suggest doesn't work for me, I have seriously been met with "Can't you just make it work?" as if I would be asking if I could just make it work. Dr. Nicles is the most dedicated and best pediatrician to all my kids, for almost 19 years now. Never a long wait and he always takes the time to listen and answer questions. My brothers children are also with Dr. Nicles, All the staff is great, and we always get in right away, and rarely have to see any of the other providers although Dr Golz and Pallante are great Pediatricians!
Awesome staff, nurses and doctors.. they are completely dedicated to their patients and patients families. They actually listen and spend as much time as you need to explain so you understand what is taking place and or going to happen in your child health situation whatever it maybe. Love this place as do my boys.
