I bought a Macan out of state and this dealership has been horrible to work with. They couldn’t get my car registered in 60 days so all temp tags have expired and the car is just sitting parked. They won’t even send the paperwork I’ve asked for repeatedly. Worst car dealership I have had. Not what I was expecting from Porsche

RecommendedGreat communication from the service department: the coordinator let me know from start to finish and in between what was happening to my Cayman. Especially the concerns that I had brought up. They noticed that my state inspection had lapsed and requested that they take care of that. Also a car wash before handing the car back to me. Very pleasant experience.
