Alex Hamlin did a super job taking care of my service needs especially the items under warranty. He was also able to take care of one of my tires that was leaking due to a puncture (I bought the tires from Porsche Newport Beach). My loaner was arrange and ready to go. Outstanding service. Thank you Alex and Porsche Newport Beach for your attention to detail and proactive, quality service. Highly recommended!

RecommendedA great deal along with outstanding Costumer service/satisfaction has always been major factor when making purchases. Porsche of Ocala knocks it out of the park in every area. Their sales and service teams are detail oriented and efficient to a fault, making them a pleasure to do business with.
RecommendedThe personnel at the dealership is fine however I have a problem with what they choose to replace or cover when it is on the border line of being paid for by the warranty. I feel the dealership should really consider how much $$$ we spend there at their particular dealership. I have two Porsche vehicles that is serviced at your dealership. REMEMBER !!
