Our experiences at Porsche West Houston have been positive. We purchased a CPO Cayenne about a year ago from Brian. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and entertaining. We also own a 991.1 that we purchased before we moved to Houston. We have had both vehicles serviced through Cody. He is also very knowledgeable and honest.
Been taking my car here for 5 years, so far so good. I always stick with Cody. One time I had another Porsche West Houston representative who said I needed to change my brakes for $2K, luckily I told him to hold off and then when I checked with Cody he said I still had time and not to worry about it; now two years later and my brakes are still fine. I always ensure I stick with Cody, who due to his honesty and knowledge, is the main reason I continue to go there.

First time there for service and I was surprised that I waited for 10 minutes and no one came out to greet me. I have owned lots of cars in my life and service guys always come right out to greet you. And I had an appointment. I finally called the salesman who saw me from his desk and only came out after I called him. They offered me "free" windshield wipers as part of the service only to find they only knocked 10% off so I had to bring that to their attention and they corrected their error. This is my 2nd time purchasing a Porsche. My 1st experience was terrible to say the least. Luckily I knew what I wanted the minute I had walked in, so it wasn’t a hard sale. However, I’d expect a little more interaction and courtesy. When I received a notice that I could upgrade early I decided to give this dealership another chance and I’m so glad I did.
