Cody and all the service group, activity everyone that works there are great. Well trained. Won’t go anywhere else.
This was my first time in Porsche West Houston for any type of service. David Riddle and Brittany Troxell were exceptionally friendly & helpful. This time I only needed a key replacement/key programming, but I will be going back for future oil changes and maintenance services. It was a busy Saturday morning, but every one there was pleasant and helpful.
I bought my car from Benny. He gave me a great deal, and he was very accommodating to my schedule and needs. He went completely out of his way to make sure I was happy, and the dealer even paid for a malfunction on my car after I bought it. I recommend that anyone who needs a car to go to Benny.
Timely and considerate...David Riddle stayed on top of a lengthy issue, brining the final repair way ahead of expectations.
