Edward Prandi is the best service advisor I have ever had help me at any dealership in all of my years of servicing vehicles. I drove 186 miles in the remnants of a hurricane to have my 2017 Macan repaired, updated and inspected. Edward knew when I made my appointment that I was also visiting my 92 year old dad in hospice and had me checked in and out the door in maybe 5 minutes with a loaner waiting. The service was very good but the price was terrible. $500 for oil maintenence service, basically an oil change. Next time I will go to an independent shop.

RecommendedJustin Monson our service tech was awesome, the organization of the parts department not so much. The parts department initially ordered the wrong parts then by mistake installed used parts and it was frustrating but in the end they got the car put back together well and it is great, just a delay. The only thing I would add is that the only department that answers a phone is sales, cant even leave a message on the main line. My car has been in repair since the end of June. I have yet to get a return call when I ask what’s going on. It’s the blame game between the body shop and the dealership. Today when I called the receptionist puts me on hold for 20 minutes says everyone is busy, then returns to tell me that no sense in holding they are too busy to take my call. Then hangs up on me. So much for service . Awful service I would never recommend.
