Had a great experience buying a CPO Porsche with excellent assistance and service from Khalil Zaj. Fair in reaching a deal, responsive throughout and good after sales care. Went above and beyond in sorting an issue I found with the car after taking delivery. Paperwork was super slick. Very respectful of my time and very flexible with timing of test drive and delivery. Can definitely recommend.
My husband and I had to get the horn replaced on our panamera and our Service Writer was Ivan and he basically informed us step by step. He was very informative and caring to our needs. We love the customer service at Porsche of West Houston 😍😍😍 and will refer our friends and family there.

Porsche West Houston did an outstanding job repairing extensive damage to my Carrera's front suspension (incurred when I hit one of those blankety-blank concrete lane dividers - grrr). PWH accurately diagnosed the problem and Service Advisor Ivan Clovis kept me fully informed throughout the repair and insurance process. Mechanic Duane was kind enough to put the vehicle on a lift and review the damage with one of my Porsche-expert buddies. PWH is a Porsche-certified shop and uses all new Porsche parts, of course. Had an excellent car shopping experience. Scott, the sales agent, listened to what I was trying to achieve and showed me only the vehicles that fit within my price point. We negotiated in good faith and settled on a deal for the vehicle I really wanted. They also made me a fair offer for my trade-in. I am very happy with my car and the experience.
